Bay State Bike Week

When you'd rather not do something meaningful, like , oh, I dunno, build bike lanes, institute a gas tax, or properly train 'professional' drivers, why not substitute a cute one week event once a year?

And call it Bay State Bike Week. Ok, I am being snarky. It is better than nothing at all. Gotta love the free breakfasts.
